1. Service Description
Deep Work App is an AI-powered brand strategy tool provided by Align Growth LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing and using this service, you agree to these terms.
2. Payment & Refunds
Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
30 day money back guarantee. We stand behind the Deep Work Interview. If you complete your interview and the blueprint does not give you something you can use, email james@jamesguldan.com within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full. You do not need to explain why, and you keep your blueprint.
This guarantee covers the $67 Deep Work Interview. The $197 strategy call carries its own promise: if the call does not give you a clear next step, you pay nothing.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents access, contact us at james@jamesguldan.com and we will fix it or refund you, whichever you prefer.
3. Intellectual Property
All content you generate through the service is owned by you. The platform, prompts, and software are owned by Align Growth LLC.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use this service for unlawful purposes, to generate spam, or to reverse-engineer our AI systems. We reserve the right to terminate access for misuse.
5. Disclaimer
Results are not guaranteed. The AI-generated brand strategy is a starting point, not a substitute for professional business advice.
