1. Information We Collect
We collect your email address (for account creation and login), content you submit during sessions (brand strategy answers, uploaded images), and basic usage data (session progress, completion status).
2. How We Use Your Data
Your session content is used solely to generate your brand blueprint and website. We do not sell your data. Email is used for login and optional product updates (you can unsubscribe anytime).
3. Data Storage
Data is stored in Cloudflare's infrastructure (D1, R2, KV). Session content may be retained for up to 12 months to allow re-access to your blueprint. Uploaded images are stored securely in Cloudflare R2.
4. Third Parties
We use Stripe for payment processing (their privacy policy applies to payment data). We use Anthropic's Claude API to process session content. We do not share your data with other third parties.
5. Your Rights
You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing james@jamesguldan.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
6. Cookies
We use a single session cookie (dw_session) for authentication only. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.
